The overall winner of the 11th annual Interior of the Year 2025 awards—of which LEXXUS NORTON is a partner—was the exceptional renovation of the “Mezonet na šestce” by architects Michal Škrna, Tereza Tejkalová, and Tomáš Pavlakovič. The winner of the Public Vote category is, for example, “Statek pro Martinu” (A Farmhouse for Martina), which is already quite well-known in the media as a brilliant investment project by singer Martina Pártlová. Journalists, in turn, were captivated by the creatively renovated Prague prefab apartment building, and in one of the other categories, the VIA Elementary and Preschool in Beroun took first place. The results were announced on May 19, 2026, at the DOX Center for Contemporary Art in Prague. The winners received a porcelain Stella statuette.

The Prague real estate market has reached an important milestone. A ceremonial groundbreaking took place in the middle of this week, symbolically marking the start of construction. The event was attended by representatives of the investor, the general contractor KASTEN, the architects, the exclusive sales agent LEXXUS NORTON, and officials from neighboring city districts—Vinoř Mayor Michal Biskup, Přezletice Mayor Tomáš Říha, and Kbely Deputy Mayor Ivana Šestáková.

As has become tradition, LEXXUS NORTON is serving as a media partner for the Interior of the Year competition this year, which is entering its second decade with a significant change to the award itself. The award was designed by Doc. MgA. Antonín Tomášek, who created an object made of porcelain—a material that symbolically marks the start of the project’s second decade.
