A dialogue between two creators and two contrasting materials
The collaboration between the two designers is rooted in a shared respect for craftsmanship, material, and form. The entire collection was developed in complete creative harmony, with both designers closely collaborating on the proportions of the crystal forms as well as the design of the leather details.
František Jungvirt infused the vases with his signature aesthetic through clean, organic shapes crafted from premium Czech crystal. Each piece is hand-blown at the renowned Ajeto glassworks in Northern Bohemia, celebrated for its exceptional artisanal quality. Kateřina Šindelářová complemented the crystal bodies with her spatial design perspective, introducing warm Italian leather by Studioart. The result is a captivating synergy of soft texture and solid form, transforming a traditional interior object into a distinctly contemporary design statement.
“The idea for the collection grew out of my many years of experience designing interiors. Our goal was to create an object that would be timeless, yet capable of evolving alongside both its interior and its future owner. František’s crystal vases are pure sculptural objects, which I enhanced with leather straps. They bring enduring colour and a refined detail to each piece. From the very beginning, František and I connected both personally and professionally—his sensitivity to glass and my experience with interiors merged into an object that carries both of our signatures.”

The vases are available in three sizes and in both matte and polished crystal finishes, offering remarkable versatility within interior spaces. They function beautifully as sculptural standalone pieces on bookshelves or coffee tables, while their carefully considered proportions also allow them to be arranged into elegant still-life compositions. Beyond their aesthetic presence, they remain fully functional luxury vessels for floral arrangements.
Sustainable design and the ultimate expression of luxury
The leather straps do more than define the vases’ visual identity—they introduce an entirely new level of flexibility to the interior. Designed to be easily removed and replaced, they allow owners to change the colour palette of the vase throughout the year according to mood, season, or evolving interior décor.
A particularly remarkable detail is that the leather elements are conceived and hand-stitched in such a way that they require no metal hardware to attach to the crystal body. The entire construction relies solely on masterful craftsmanship and an exceptional understanding of the material.
“I’m always drawn to combinations I wouldn’t normally dare attempt, and the pairing of glass and leather genuinely surprised me. I was fascinated by the strength of their connection, the demand for absolute purity, and the precision of every detail—qualities that, to me, define true luxury. The purity of form and the highest level of craftsmanship transform the object into a piece of jewellery for the interior, elevating it into a collectible with the ambition to endure for generations.”
