The completion of the project brings prospective buyers one significant advantage – they no longer need to make their decision based solely on floor plans and visualisations. They can view individual apartments in person, compare their layouts, natural light and views, and experience the completed building and its surroundings for themselves.

“At this stage of the project, we see the opportunity to view a completed apartment as a major advantage. Buyers know exactly what they are purchasing, can compare individual units and, if interested, do not have to wait for construction to be completed,” says Alexandra Němcová, Director of Asset Management at CIMEX GROUP.

M-House has also been nominated for the 28th edition of the Best of Realty 2026 awards, which recognise outstanding projects in the Czech real estate market each year.

From offices to modern urban living

M-House was created through the complete conversion of a former office building. The layouts and technical design of the property were adapted for residential use, while the building retained several distinctive elements of its original architecture, including the prominent bay windows featured in selected apartments.

The project primarily offers compact urban studio and one-bedroom apartments. Some ground-floor units also feature private gardens. Parking spaces and cellar storage units are available as well.

The project also includes a fully furnished show apartment, demonstrating different interior design possibilities and helping prospective buyers better imagine how the individual spaces can be used.

Penthouse with three terraces and views over Prague

One of the highlights of M-House is the three-bedroom penthouse on the top floor. It offers generous living space, two bathrooms and three separate terraces with panoramic views of Prague from different directions. The lift provides direct access to the apartment, ensuring a high level of privacy.

“With a completed project, an in-person viewing is irreplaceable. Clients can experience the actual size of the space, the natural light, the views and the overall atmosphere of the building. These are qualities that are difficult to convey through a floor plan or visualisation alone,” adds Marianna Aydinyan, Director of the Development Projects Division at LEXXUS NORTON.

Between Vinohrady and Vršovice

M-House is located on Murmanská Street, just a few steps from Kubánské náměstí. Heroldovy sady and Havlíčkovy sady parks, as well as shops, services, restaurants and cafés, are all within walking distance.

Kubánské náměstí provides direct tram connections to Náměstí Míru, I. P. Pavlova and Karlovo náměstí, as well as convenient access to Metro Line A. The location therefore combines the residential character of Vršovice with excellent accessibility to Prague’s wider city centre.

Completed apartments can be viewed in person

M-House is complete and fully approved for occupancy, and selected units are ready for immediate handover. During a personal viewing, prospective buyers can visit not only the show apartment but also specific units that are currently available.

Personal viewings can be arranged through the LEXXUS NORTON sales team.
