How searching for a rental works
- Selecting a property. We will discuss your ideas, consider all your requirements (from wheelchair access to your preferred location) and get to work on the search.
- Viewings. Our experienced agent will go with you to every viewing, ready to advise you on anything. If you have a busy schedule or are currently abroad, we will be happy to arrange a real-time video viewing via WhatsApp, Messenger, or Facetime.
- Signing the contract. Once you have chosen your new home, we will prepare the lease for you in cooperation with our lawyers. Once you have reviewed and signed the contract, all you need to do is pay the pre-set deposit and commission. Thanks to modern tools, everything can be handled remotely.
- Time to move. We will hand over the keys to you, arrange a handover record and our agent will be with you during the handover.
- Support during the rental: For us, it does not end with finding your new home. We will gladly help you with all the practicalities – from utility transfers to arranging an internet connection. We also help foreign clients fill in forms for the Foreign Police or choose a school for their children.
