Fair Compensation and Benefits
For agents, earnings reflect performance — commissions go up to 70%. We also support participation in conferences, events, and meaningful projects.
Employees receive fair compensation plus additional benefits: 5 weeks of vacation, a Multisport card, and team-building activities. Continuous education support is, of course, included.

What if I’m new to real estate — can I still apply?
Absolutely. All you need is motivation — we’ll teach you the rest. Every newcomer gets a mentor — an experienced agent who guides them through processes, the internal database, and field practice. You can always rely on our back office team as well. If you don’t have your agent certification yet, we’ll arrange and pay for the preparatory course.
