Position description

Your role

  • Serving a clientele for whom quality of service matters as much as the property itself
  • Proactively identifying and approaching owners of premium properties
  • Building long-term relationships with private and institutional clients
  • Managing and growing a client portfolio in the premium and ultra-premium segment
  • Letting exceptional residential properties, including those that never appear on public listing portals
  • Active use of the internal CRM and leads ready for outreach
  • Cross-selling across the full service portfolio: financing, sales, investment
  • Representing the brand at networking and industry events

Candidate profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate with a proven track record in sales or rentals
  • Discretion when dealing with discerning clients
  • Professional presentation in the office, at events and on social media
  • Fluent Czech and English, as part of our client base consists of expats
  • Valid category B driving licence
