We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to take ownership of the marketing management of assigned developer projects.

Position description

What you will be doing

  • Managing marketing campaigns for developer projects end to end – strategy, optimisation, problem-solving and reporting
  • Coordinating collaboration between developers, the sales team and external suppliers
  • Maintaining regular communication with developers and building long-term relationships
  • Preparing marketing plans for individual projects
  • Reporting campaign results to developers and proposing optimisations
  • Coordinating the creation of marketing materials, web presentations, advertising campaigns and content outputs
  • Overseeing deadlines, budgets and quality of delivery
  • Working with designers, copywriters, photographers, PPC specialists and other external partners
  • Monitoring the market, competitors and emerging marketing trends in the development sector
  • Supporting the sales team throughout the project launch and sales process through to the last unit sold

What we are looking for

  • Experience managing marketing campaigns in a project management capacity
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of both online and offline marketing
  • Independent, proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work with data, evaluate campaigns and present results to clients
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools and technologies
  • Fluent Czech and English
  • Driving licence category B is an advantage
