The Astrid Garden project, located in a quiet and green part of Holešovice in Prague 7, offered its clients not only modern living but also a unique community experience and well-thought-out floor plans in harmony with the surrounding nature. Stable interest was evident from the very start of sales, but it accelerated significantly in the period following the final building approval—a phenomenon that is quite common for similar projects.
In total, we sold 138 residential units. Nearly half of all apartments were sold in the second half of 2024. However, the sales team recorded even stronger momentum in the first quarter of 2025, when a record 22% of all transactions were closed. The fact that Astrid Garden was successful from the very beginning is also evidenced by steady pre-sales in 2022 and 2023, when a total of 23% of all apartments were sold.
