The Arcus City project by UBM Development was a huge success. In September 2025, the contract for the last unit was signed, marking the completion of sales for the entire project, which comprised a total of 221 units ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk, including 5 retail spaces. Clients were particularly drawn to the peaceful location surrounded by greenery and the tranquil residential environment.
Construction of the apartment buildings was divided into two phases—in Phase I, Buildings A, B, C, D, and E were built in the first stage, with Buildings F following in the second stage. In Phase II, Buildings G, H, and I were added. Each apartment featured its own balcony, terrace, or garden. The project also included ample parking spaces and basement storage units. The green surroundings were one of the project’s main advantages. Nearby are Řepora Park, with its nature trail, and the Dalejské Valley, both of which invite residents to spend their free time in nature. The project was thus an ideal place to live, especially for young couples and families with children, as well as for seniors seeking a peaceful setting.
Sales for Phase I began in August 2020, and by 2022, 73% of all 150 units had been sold. Buildings A–F were completely sold out in December 2023. In the summer of 2022, construction began on Phase II, consisting of buildings G, H, and I, followed by the launch of sales for this phase. It saw a similarly steady wave of interest as the previous phase—by the end of 2024, 86% of the units had been sold. The last unit was sold in September 2025. The average age of buyers was 42, which confirms the project’s family-oriented and peaceful character.
