Best of Realty is one of the most prestigious awards in the Czech real estate market. Established in 1999, the competition has been recognising outstanding real estate developments across the Czech Republic for more than a quarter of a century. It is organised by the Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN).
M-House: A Completed Residential Project Between Vinohrady and Vršovice
Among this year’s nominees is M-House, located on Murmanská Street, which was developed through the complete transformation of a former office building. Today, it offers modern urban living on the border of Vršovice and Vinohrady.
The project has been completed and officially approved for occupancy, with selected apartments ready for immediate move-in. M-House features compact urban apartments, with the current offering primarily consisting of one-bedroom units (2+kk), some of which include private gardens. A standout feature of the development is a spacious three-bedroom penthouse (4+kk) with three terraces offering views across Prague.
ZEN Rezidence: An Almost Sold-Out Development in Prague’s Libeň District
ZEN Rezidence, located on Zenklova Street in Prague 8, has also received a nomination. This modern new-build development comprises seven above-ground floors and a total of 37 apartments, ranging from compact studios (1+kk) to spacious four-bedroom residences (5+kk).
The project combines easy access to Prague’s city centre with the quieter residential atmosphere of Libeň. Selected apartments feature loggias, terraces or private gardens, while parking spaces and storage units provide additional convenience. ZEN Rezidence is now almost completely sold out, reflecting strong demand for both the development and its location.
Bydlení Jinočany – BETA 2: Family Living Close to Prague
The third nominated project from the LEXXUS NORTON portfolio is Bydlení Jinočany – BETA 2, a phase of a residential development located just outside Prague.
This phase comprises 24 four-room family houses (4+kk), offering peaceful family living with convenient access to the capital, practical layouts and private plots of land. All houses in this phase have been successfully sold.
Winners to Be Selected by an Expert Jury
Best of Realty projects are evaluated on more than architectural design alone. The expert jury also considers construction quality, the project’s contribution to its surroundings, comfort for future residents and users, sustainability, innovation and commercial performance.
This year’s competition once again highlights the importance of residential developments, which account for a significant share of the nominations. Other competing projects include rental housing developments, office buildings and refurbishments, hotels, shopping centres, and industrial and logistics facilities.
