Record transaction volume: Over 2.5 billion crowns in property development projects alone

2024 was a landmark year thanks to completed transactions involving the sale of property development projects totalling more than 2.5 billion CZK. “Behind this success lies our unique approach to working with clients and developers. Our ability to respond flexibly to changing market conditions was one of the key factors behind our outstanding results. In 2024, LEXXUS NORTON invested significantly in brand building, and in 2025 it will continue to invest in marketing and innovative sales tools in order to keep successfully raising awareness of its unique projects,” says Simona Otavová, Chair of the Board of Directors.

Record number of new projects on the market: Almost triple the historical average

Over the past year, 28 projects and new phases of existing projects have been added to the portfolio, not only in Prague but also in other regions of the Czech Republic and abroad. Of these, three projects are still in the pre-sale phase. The historical average, meanwhile, stands at 10 new projects per year. “Thanks to our experience and our understanding of the market, we are able to offer our clients the most interesting business opportunities – not only in Prague and Central Bohemia, but throughout the country,” adds Jan Mynář, managing partner.

In 2024, the Prague market for new flats experienced dynamic growth, which contributed significantly to LEXXUS NORTON’s record results. In the first nine months of the year, 5,350 flats were sold. This represents a year-on-year increase of 98 per cent. This trend was driven by pent-up demand from previous years, limited supply caused by protracted planning permission processes, and a growing mortgage market, which benefited from falling interest rates and an improved economic situation. According to the Czech Banking Association, the volume of mortgages granted increased by more than 90 per cent year-on-year. At the same time, strong demand and insufficient supply have led to a rise in prices. The asking price for a new flat has exceeded the 160,000 CZK/m² mark.

Record client interest: the highest number of enquiries since 2003

In 2024, LEXXUS NORTON recorded record client interest in the sale and letting of properties, with an increase of more than 22 per cent compared with the record-breaking year of 2021 – the company’s greatest success in its more than 30-year history. These exceptional results are underpinned by effective marketing and innovative tools. “Our ability to reach clients on the right platforms and respond flexibly to their needs is one of the main reasons for such high demand,” summarises Jan Mynář.

2025: The aim is further growth and innovation

Following a record-breaking 2024, LEXXUS NORTON has ambitious plans for further growth. “We are confident that we will continue to deliver the most exciting projects and provide services that meet even the most demanding expectations,” concludes Simona Otavová.
