The residential development of the Bydlení Kbeličky project will expand to include a unique initiative—it will also feature the newly established Sports Academy for preschool children. Construction began with a ceremonial groundbreaking, and LEXXUS NORTON, as the project’s exclusive sales agent, was there to mark the occasion!
The new Sports Academy will be a modern and original building that complements the architecture of the entire project. It will offer children an inspiring environment for developing motor skills and playing. The building will include a multifunctional hall that will serve not only as a gym but also as a venue for theater performances and other community events. There will also be a dedicated outdoor sports area and garden.
Good access to social services in the neighborhood is one of the key priorities of the investment group INVESTYN, which is behind this initiative. In the future, the project is also expected to include a special-care facility for seniors.
