As a long-standing partner of the competition, we are proud to be part of this prestigious event, which raises standards and promotes excellence in the industry. This year, our colleague Marianna Aydinyan, Director of the Development Projects Division, has joined the jury.
What is being evaluated this year?
Projects completed after January 1, 2024, are eligible to enter the competition in the following categories:
- Residential Projects – Owner-Occupied Housing
- Residential Projects – Rental Housing
- Office Projects
- Shopping and Entertainment Centers
- Hotel Projects
- Industrial and Warehouse Complexes
The jury evaluates a wide range of aspects—from architecture and urban planning to the project’s contribution to the local community, sustainability, user comfort, and business model.
In addition to the main categories, special awards will once again be presented this year, such as the Award for Excellence and the Environmental Project of the Year Award. Another inductee into the Best of Realty Hall of Fame, sponsored by KPMG, will also be announced.
Deadline and Awards Ceremony
Entries can be submitted by September 3, 2025 via the website www.bestofrealty.cz. The awards ceremony, where the winners will be announced, will take place on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Forum Karlín in Prague.
