Position description

What Awaits You

  • Independent brokerage of residential property rentals
  • Active search for new business opportunities and development of the client portfolio
  • Full client care — from first contact to contract signing
  • Cooperation with the leasing team, marketing, and the finance department
  • Representing the LEXXUS NORTON brand at a high professional level

What We Value

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional and refined presentation
  • Motivation, commercial mindset, and ability to work independently
  • Czech and English (another language is an advantage)
  • Driving licence (B)
  • Experience in real estate is welcome but not required — what matters is the willingness to learn and grow
