We are looking for a detail-oriented, positive, and well-organised individual to provide administrative support to our sales team.

Position description

What Awaits You

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team in the sale of units
  • Cooperating with the sales and marketing team on new residential projects and premium properties
  • Maintaining records of contracts, clients, and completed transactions
  • Updating price lists and managing documentation related to projects and properties
  • Working with the internal database and preparing regular reports
  • Communicating with notaries, the Land Registry, utility providers, and other partners
  • Updating information on websites and online platforms

What We Value

  • High level of precision, reliability, and consistency
  • Independence, practical thinking, and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving
  • Positive attitude towards work and clients
  • Knowledge of English and proficiency in PC skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with technical documentation is an advantage
