Position description

What Awaits You

Management of the rental property portfolio and ensuring all information is up to date
Coordination of new properties entering our offer (listing, preparation of materials)
Regular communication with property owners
Active search for new acquisition opportunities
Administrative support throughout the acquisition process
Close cooperation with the leasing team, marketing, and the finance department

Reliability and the ability to handle tasks independently
Knowledge of MS Office
Fluent Czech and English
Driving licence (B)
