Position description

What Awaits You

  • Management of the rental property portfolio and ensuring all information is up to date
  • Coordination of new properties entering our offer (listing, preparation of materials)
  • Regular communication with property owners
  • Active search for new acquisition opportunities
  • Administrative support throughout the acquisition process
  • Close cooperation with the leasing team, marketing, and the finance department

What We Value

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, pleasant presentation and a proactive mindset
  • Reliability and the ability to handle tasks independently
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent Czech and English
  • Driving licence (B)
