We are looking for a detail-oriented, positive, and well-organised individual to provide administrative support to our sales team.

Position description

What Awaits You

Providing administrative support to the sales team in the sale of units
Cooperating with the sales and marketing team on new residential projects and premium properties
Maintaining records of contracts, clients, and completed transactions
Updating price lists and managing documentation related to projects and properties
Working with the internal database and preparing regular reports
Communicating with notaries, the Land Registry, utility providers, and other partners
Updating information on websites and online platforms

What We Value

High level of precision, reliability, and consistency
Independence, practical thinking, and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving
Positive attitude towards work and clients
Knowledge of English and proficiency in PC skills, especially Microsoft Office
Previous experience with technical documentation is an advantage
