Best of Realty—a prestigious event that annually charts the course of the domestic real estate development sector—announced its winners on November 27, 2025. The gala evening took place at Forum Karlín and, as in previous years, featured a showcase of the highest-quality residential and commercial projects that have recently enriched the Czech real estate market.

Results of This Year’s Edition: Quality, Sustainability, and Urban Added Value
The jury recognized a wide range of projects, from residential housing to retail, offices, and industrial buildings. The title of Environmental Project of the Year was awarded to Rezidence Diorit, which impressed the judges with its approach to sustainable technologies and energy management.
Marcel Soural, founder of the Trigema Group, was inducted into the Best of Realty Hall of Fame. The winners in the main categories were:

The expert jury also included Marianna Aydinyan, Director of the Development Projects Division at LEXXUS NORTON. Her participation in the evaluation underscores LEXXUS NORTON’s professional expertise and provides direct insight into the quality of current real estate development.
“The jury faced an exceptionally strong field this year. The award-winning projects demonstrate the maturity of the Czech market and a shift in thinking about urban planning—from architecture and the attention to detail in public spaces to long-term functionality for residents,” said Marianna Aydinyan.
Best of Realty: A Benchmark of Quality for More Than a Quarter of a Century
The competition was established in 1999 and is now one of the most respected indicators of quality in Czech real estate development. It is organized by ARTN, and the evaluation is based on transparent criteria—architecture, execution, contribution to the locale, sustainability, and services for users, including the project’s commercial success.
Tomáš Drtina, chairman of the Best of Realty expert jury and vice president of ARTN, summarized this long-term focus: “Our shared goal is to promote quality in Czech real estate development and urban planning, and to highlight exceptional and inspiring projects that respond to users’ needs not only today, but also ten or twenty years from now.”
The Ceremonial Hall in Vysoké Mýto received the Special Jury Prize
One of the highlights of the evening was the award for the Ceremonial Hall in Vysoké Mýto, which impressed the jury with its refined and timeless architectural design. The building sensitively connects the interior with the outdoor space, creating a dignified setting for significant life events and civic ceremonies.
