Prague, December 2025 – The second phase of single-family home construction as part of the successful residential project Bydlení Jinočany is completely sold out. All homes in the Beta 2 phase, which comprised 24 units, are complete and ready for occupancy. The fact that the project has sold out confirms the continuing high demand for quality single-family homes near the capital.
Each home in this phase offers a practical 4+kk floor plan, a private garage, and a garden ranging from 400 to 450 m². The homes were designed with the needs of modern families in mind—featuring ample storage space, an emphasis on privacy, and the flexibility to customize the interior. The layouts include spacious living rooms with direct access to the garden and bedrooms oriented toward the quieter areas of the homes—together creating a well-thought-out, comfortable, and functionally organized living space.

The successfully completed Beta 2 phase is seamlessly followed by the final Beta 3 phase, for which sales began in the summer of 2025. Nearly one-third of the units were reserved within the first few months, confirming continued interest in both the project and the entire neighborhood.
Phase Beta 3 features 14 new single-family homes with well-thought-out layouts, a higher standard of construction, and the same emphasis on space, comfort, and high-quality architecture. There are currently 9 homes still available.
