This year’s event at the National House in Vinohrady confirmed that the Czech residential market is maturing and moving toward higher quality, architectural excellence, and sustainability. LEXXUS NORTON was there as the competition’s superior partner.
The Estate Awards serve as a professional platform that evaluates development projects based on the quality of their architecture, urban planning, execution, and approach to land use. Results of the 2025 edition and the projects that stood out
