5 billion crowns in transactions confirms dominance in the premium segment
In 2025, LEXXUS NORTON executed transactions with a total volume of 5 billion crowns, representing a year-over-year increase of 14%. A significant portion of this volume consisted of highly discreet off-market transactions in the premium and ultra-premium segments, often valued in the high tens of millions of crowns and, in several cases, exceeding 100 million crowns. The company has long served clients with the highest standards—reflected in its exceptional level of client care and personalized approach throughout the entire organization. According to the company’s statistics, up to 80% of premium property owners return and repeatedly use the company’s services for renting, selling, or purchasing additional properties for their portfolios.

Know-how, Efficiency, and Client Loyalty as a Competitive Advantage
Today, LEXXUS NORTON works with an extensive database of more than 120,000 active clients, investors, and institutional partners. A significant portion of its business consists of repeat collaborations and referrals, which confirms a high rate of client retention and long-term trust.
The Three Pillars Defining LEXXUS NORTON’s Strategy
Long-term success is built on a clearly defined strategy based on three pillars:
Premium residential real estate and high-net-worth clients
Comprehensive consulting and sales of development projects
Investment and leasing solutions for clients seeking long-term value
“The premium segment is not just about real estate, but above all about trust and relationships. Our ambition is not merely to react to the market, but to actively shape it—through deep expertise, a personal approach, and truly first-class client care. That is precisely why clients stay with us for the long term,” says Simona Otavová, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at LEXXUS NORTON.

Premium service and a partner for developers of all sizes
The success of real estate development projects on the market grew just as strongly in 2025. LEXXUS NORTON’s portfolio saw 8 new projects of various sizes added throughout the year. For example, UBM Czechia’s new project, Rezidence na Plzeňce, featuring 164 units, has sold 73% of its units just 10 months after sales began. “Our partnership with LEXXUS NORTON is crucial for us. Their expertise and professional approach play a vital role in the successful implementation of our projects. Astrid Garden, Arcus City, Timber Praha, and Rezidence na Plzeňce are clear proof of this,” says Josef Wiedermann, Managing Director of UBM Development Czechia.

LEXXUS NORTON currently offers 23 development projects in Prague and the surrounding area, with a total of over 1,800 units for sale. A total of 7 projects from its portfolio received professional awards last year at prestigious competitions such as Best of Realty, recognizing their architecture, sustainability, or innovative design.

According to analysts at LEXXUS NORTON, 7,800 apartments in development projects were sold on the Prague market last year, marking a new all-time high. This surpassed the previous record set in 2021, when 7,450 residential units were sold. These results also confirm the long-standing strong position of LEXXUS NORTON, which has sold more than 310 projects to date and currently offers over 1,800 residential units in development projects, making it one of the key players in the Prague residential market.
At the end of January 2026, we launched sales for the Rezidence Dejvice project, developed by IMMO Building, a company specializing in boutique development. “We are pleased to count LEXXUS NORTON among our key long-term partners. We have been working together for eight years and have jointly completed 10 development projects and sold approximately 200 apartments and single-family homes. We particularly value their client-focused approach and professionalism,” says Jaroslav Žahourek, CEO of Immo Building.

A Stable Team as the Foundation of Performance
Another key factor in success is team stability. The company has long maintained low agent turnover, which is rather exceptional in the real estate sector. The emphasis on expertise, internal development, and long-term collaboration is reflected in the quality of services and the continuity of relationships with both clients and developers. Some agents have been with the company for more than 15 years, but we are still bringing on new colleagues.
Outlook for 2026: Investment, Innovation, and Further Brand Strengthening
In 2026, LEXXUS NORTON plans to significantly increase investments in marketing, brand building, and real estate market education. Part of this strategy also includes the further development of technological tools and the preparation of new platforms designed to offer clients an even higher level of convenience, transparency, and investment insight. One of the first initiatives of the year was the launch, back in January 2026, of a brand-new website designed as a cutting-edge digital tool for the premium real estate segment—with an emphasis on user experience, high-quality property presentations, and effective support for business results.
“At LEXXUS NORTON, we view 2026 not only as a significant milestone, but above all as an opportunity for further development, innovation, and long-term investment in service quality that raises the standards of the Prague real estate market,” concludes Simona Otavová.
