A completely reconstructed villa in the quiet area of Velka Chuchle

We offer a three-story villa on a corner plot in one of the quietest residential areas of Prague 5 – Velka Chuchle, popular for its natural scenery, villa development, and good accessibility to the center. The villa, which underwent a complete reconstruction in 2017, offers a well-thought-out layout, quality execution with attention to detail, and a generous, timeless interior.

The main floor is dominated by the living room with a bay window and a spacious dining room, creating a very pleasant social setting. The floor is complemented by a spacious bathroom with French doors opening onto the balcony, equipped with a corner bathtub, a 1.2 × 1 m shower, and a toilet. The floor also includes a utility room and a separate toilet.

The top floor consists of a large room suitable as an atelier or another bedroom, or the space can be divided into two smaller, separate rooms. There is also a bathroom here with a shower, toilet, and French doors.

You can also utilize a smaller separate room, for example, as an office or an additional walk-in closet.

Technical equipment includes a gas condensing boiler, a combination of radiators and underfloor heating, preparation for a sound system in every room, and the possibility of installing a fireplace in the living room and dining room. The complete reconstruction also considered space for a lift shaft, replaced all utilities and networks, installed double-glazed wooden windows. Above the new garage, there is potential to further extend the house with a winter garden or studio.

The location offers a direct train connection to the city center, or you can use the combination of a bus stop 2 minutes from the house with a quick connection to Metro B – Andel. Directly in the village, you will find basic amenities, including schools, and the location provides quick access to the city ring road, including reaching the airport.
