Partially furnished terraced house with a garden. The new building is located in the village of Postrizin in the district of Melnik, sixteen kilometers north of the center of Prague. Peaceful, quiet living with a garden and above-standard parking.

We are offering for rent an end-of-row house with a floor area of 130 sqm and direct access to the garden from the street. This newly built house features a hallway, a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. The ground floor also includes a bathroom and a utility room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms—one of which is furnished with a double bed—as well as two single beds and a second bathroom. The 305 sqm garden, featuring a 40 sqm paved terrace, is accessible from the living room. Parking is available right in front of the house for up to four cars. The village of Postrizin in the Melnik District is located in the Central Bohemian Region, approximately 16 km north of downtown Prague. A major advantage of the location is its quick access to the capital it is just 1.5 km from the D8 highway exit and 1 km from a new shopping center. The village has approximately 2,000 residents and 600 homes. The village offers local amenities—grocery stores, restaurants, and a preschool—and residents can enjoy leisure activities at the soccer field or workout area. Children can play at the local playground. Public transportation is provided by the Prague Integrated Transport system via bus routes 370, 374, and 663.
