Projects completed after January 2025 are eligible to enter the Best of Realty competition. Entries are traditionally free of charge, a feature that has long set this competition apart from most similar industry awards and allows a wide range of development projects to participate, regardless of company size or marketing budget. Best of Realty is one of the most respected industry competitions on the Czech real estate market. Since 1999, it has chronicled changes in development, architecture, and approaches to creating high-quality environments for living, working, and leisure.
