The project of eight family houses is designed by the top studio ARTIKUL architekti s.r.o. and sensitively follows the original development of the old Benice. The location of the gently sloping plot between the quiet K Pitkovicum Street and the natural park provides future users with comfortable living with plenty of privacy, sun and exceptional views of the surrounding nature.
The Be Nice complex consists of eight detached family houses of 4+kk and 5+kk. Each house is adjacent to a garden with private access to the dead-end of the Pitkovice stream. A new pedestrian path adjacent to the northern side of the project connects K Pitkovicum Street with the nature park and the municipal meadow. The view from the main living area of each house is oriented towards the nature park. The low-energy houses include a rainwater retention sump and preparation for a fireplace. Some houses will be equipped with a water air heat pump. Each house comes with an outdoor parking space or garage. Parking is also available on the property or on the public road directly in front of the house.
The popular district of Prague - Benice is situated in the valley of the Botic - Milicov natural park. In Benice you will find everything you need for a comfortable life - a shop, swimming pool, library, Czech-English kindergarten Kinder Garten and the popular wellness hotel Park Holiday with a restaurant and sports facilities. The Sunny Canadian School and Open Gate International School are a 15-minute drive away.
For shopping and entertainment, head to the shopping area in Cestlice, 2 km away, or nearby Uhrineves. Connections to the centre of Prague are provided by bus lines to metro C - Haje, or a suburban train service from Uhrineves Train Station. The entrance to the D1 motorway is a 5-minute drive away.
