Project with a building permit in Prague 6

This building, currently under construction and in the shell stage, is located in a quiet part of Prague 6, near popular destinations such as Bila Hora and Hvezda Park, with excellent access to the city ring road and downtown Prague. The building was originally intended to be a plastic surgery clinic; it is now awaiting completion in accordance with a newly issued building permit for conversion into an apartment building. The building currently has a total of four stories; the approved building modification includes adding another story to the structure. The layout is easily adaptable, as the reinforced concrete frame allows for this change. The prepared documentation significantly improves and modernizes the appearance of the facade and, most importantly, addresses the layout changes for all floors.

The building is being sold with a final building permit valid until 2030 and the relevant project documentation. The sale of this apartment building under construction will be conducted under the reverse VAT liability regime.
