On the wonderfully quiet banks of the Otava River we offer a holiday cottage that will remind you of your childhood holidays, and if you wish, it will also offer all the comfort and luxury that will elevate your free days to a new level. The fabulous Na Rybarne project includes 18 cabins, to which will be added a communal swimming pool, sauna and, of course, parking spaces. Residents will be able to rent boats. A perfect holiday in a cottage only 50 metres from the river will be complete. 

The cottage is fully renovated of 40 sqm with its own a plot of 181 sqm, as well as the aforementioned common parts of the land, which will be used by all owners. The privacy of the individual cottages is provided by mature trees that visually divide the land. The cottage has on the ground floor a living room with a kitchenette with cast iron stove and door leading to a sunny terrace with a view of the surrounding woods. A wooden staircase connects the living room with the upstairs, which serves as a bedroom, but can comfortably fit 4 beds. Of course, there is a private bathroom with shower and toilet. It is necessary to buy a parking space in the price of 85.000,- CZK.

The cottage has plastic windows in anthracite color, double glazing, on the floor is floating floor in oak shade. Heating by wood stove, or there is a preparation for air conditioning. Water heating is provided by an electric boiler. On the south side there is an extended terrace, pergola construction with stairs to the property.

The cottage settlement Na Rybarne is part of the village of Dedovice, but it is located in a quiet part of the village surrounded by nature and greenery. Lovers of long walks or mushroom picking, cyclists, fishermen, or simply those who are looking for a beautiful place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life will find it here. Nearby is the spa village of Vraz with its charming neo-Gothic chateau or Zvikov Castle. The surrounding richly wooded landscape is full of hiking and cycling trails. The nearby Orlik or Pisek, only 20 minutes away, also offers all the services you would not find in Dedovice. However, there is a grocery store and several restaurants right in the village. From the centre of Prague you can reach the cottage by the river in an hour and a half by car, there is also a bus. In December 2024, the new section of the D4 motorway from Pribram to Pisek should be completed, which will shorten the journey by another 15 minutes.
