New phase of family houses on sale

The project Bydlení Jinocany is entering the next phase, which brings new family houses in a quiet location near Prague. Rough construction is currently underway and completion is planned for the second quarter of 2026.

A total of 24 houses will be on offer, with a west roof in the western row and a gable roof in the eastern row, which provides a practical loft for storing belongings. Houses 4+kk with private garage have an area of almost 140 sqm and the plots are in sizes of 400 - 450 sqm.
