Family villa 7+kk with pool

The new construction of a timeless family villa with a layout of 7+kk is located on a hill overlooking the countryside, surrounded by a beautiful large garden. The generous structure is designed in the shape of the letter H and thanks to this solution it provides a protected private space. The professionally planted and mature garden includes a luxurious stainless steel swimming pool with a sliding terrace and a garden house with a summer kitchen.

The entrance floor at the garden level consists of an anteroom, a multi-purpose space which simultaneously serves as a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a dining room. On this floor we also find a study, a guest room with a separate entrance, three technical rooms, three toilets and a garage for two cars. A staircase leads from the main living area to the upper "bedroom" floor.

The wings of the house are oriented to the west, south and east. Thanks to this excellent orientation, the sun passes through the house throughout the day and creates beautiful light patterns. The garden, which was designed by architects Tereza Kvitkova and Vit Beran, is fully planted with mature trees and flower beds and provides the residents of the house an intimate place to relax. In the upper part of the plot, directly at the exit from the main residential part of the house, there is a partially covered terrace and a 3,5 x 9 m stainless steel pool with a sliding wooden terrace. Part of the plot is a garden house 15 x 4 m with a pergola, summer outdoor kitchen and fireplace.

The house was designed by the renowned architectural studio Kanka + Parners. Top-of-the-line equipment includes a state-of-the-art heat pump with electric back-up boiler, underfloor heating, wooden floors with a three-layer tread layer, wood-aluminium window frames, custom-made built-in furniture, a kitchen unit from the English season studio and much more. The house is in energy class A.

Locality

The place has excellent transport accessibility to Prague, the village is located near exit 5 of the D7 highway. Driving distance to Zlicin and Prague 6 is approximately 15 minutes. In the neighboring village of Stredkokluky, there is a kindergarten, a primary school and a post office. Cicovice is known for its excellent restaurant and guesthouse V polich and the horse riding club Dvur Hoffmeister. The surroundings are criss-crossed with cycle paths, and the Okor Castle is a well-known excursion destination.
