We offer apartments for rent in a residential complex that combine the privacy of apartment living with the convenience of hotel services.

This serviced apartment residence offers two two-bedroom apartments connected by a shared hallway. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. An ideal choice for families and groups of friends. Pets are welcome. The apartment is available for rent for as little as one month, offering maximum flexibility for both short-term and long-term stays. We also offer other apartments with various layouts for rent in the residence.

The price of accommodations is 229 EUR per night. The price is fixed for the first 6 months; starting in the 7th month, it decreases to 219 EUR per night.

Equipment

The apartment features a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and two bathrooms with both a bathtub and a shower. It also offers Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a hi-fi system, a safe, streaming services, and independent heating for maximum comfort during your stay. The residence provides premium amenities, including a 24/7 reception desk, a fitness center with a sauna, an elegant lounge with a pool table, a conference room, and a laundry room. The fees include all utilities, high-speed internet, TV services, trash collection, cleaning of common areas, and reception services. Additional services, such as regular apartment cleaning or bed linen changes, are available for an extra fee.

Vinohrady is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Prague. It boasts a great location where you can find everything you need within a 10-minute walk. The area has excellent public transportation access—two metro stations (Namesti Míru and I.P. Pavlova), several tram lines, and buses. You can reach Vaclavske namesti by public transportation in just 5 minutes. Road access is also good. You can reach the highway ring road by car in just 12 minutes and Vaclav Havel Airport in 27 minutes. The area surrounding the building offers a full range of amenities—a pharmacy, a health clinic, a post office, supermarkets, government offices, banks, local shops, restaurants, and bars. Nearby you’ll find preschools, elementary and high schools, a university, and playgrounds. For leisure activities, you can visit Havlickovy and Riegrovy Parks, which offer beautiful views of Prague.

The prospective client agrees to pay a commission equal to one month’s rent plus VAT.
