Experts in finance, construction, real estate or mortgage market in Prague met at the fifth forum Strictly Residential organized under the auspices of LEXXUS. A recent development in residential market is seen positively. "According to all available statistics which the company observe (number of sold apartments, low interest rates), we experience in the residential market liveliest periods since the financial crisis. Given the positive development of the economy and record low interest rates, we expect that the positive development will continue in the near term, "explained Denise Višňovská from LEXXUS.
