Commission for Arranging Property Sales

The commission for arranging the sale of a property is paid by the seller based on the signed Agency Contract. We charge 3% of the sale price of the property, plus VAT. An entitlement to commission for brokering the sale arises after the Purchase Contract is signed and is payable in accordance with the conditions specified in the Agency Contract. Agency Contract.
