Living in the center of Prague with excellent transport accessibility. The location has a dense network of public transport lines (buses, trams, Karlovo namesti metro stations). By car, you can reach the city ring road in 7 minutes, Vaclav Havel Airport in 26 minutes, and the Novy Smichov shopping and entertainment center in 4 minutes. Within walking distance are hospitals, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, playgrounds... There are kindergartens, elementary schools, high schools, and a prestigious school, Lycée Francias de Prague, nearby.
