Within a 10-minute walk there are public transport stops - 3 metro stations (Staromestska, Narodni trida, Mustek), buses and trams. The motorway can be reached by car in 17 minutes and the Vaclav Havel Airport in 22 minutes. Within walking distance are the Palladium shopping centre and Maj department store, Havel market, hospital with pharmacy, banks, offices, restaurants, cafes and bars. In the neighbourhood you will find the Old Town Square, the Old Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge, Rudolfinum, theatres or Paris Street with luxury boutiques of world brands. The amount of billable monthly deposits is 1 250 CZK per person + electricity and gas.
