Vysehradska 26 was built as an apartment building in the late 19th century. It went through a complete reconstruction in order to operate the building as a short term stay accommodation for tourists. There is a total of 24 units. 1 unit is an office for the administration&reception&23 units are used for accommodation. All units are fully equipped. There are 21 car parking spaces in the building.
For the last ten years the building was rented on a short term bases. The average rental income before Covid was app. EUR 950,000. per year. At present 50% of the house is rented longer term with lease agreements up to one year. The other half is still being let to tourists.
Vysehradska 26 is located in the centre of Prague in the New town district of Prague 2. It is located close to the famous Dancing House of Gehry at the river. It is a 3-minute walk from the Karlovo Namesti Metro Station. Wenceslas Square and Charles Brigde can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The tram station Botanical garden is only 50 m from the house.
