About the property

The house is built in a quiet one-way street Huberova, below the hill Bila Hora. This place is interesting by a few factors, namely the quiet location with minimal development around, consisting of only a few family houses, the abundance of greenery around it, mainly the neighbouring Hvezda park, and the nice unobstructed views of the wider surroundings through the park around the summer palace or on the other side to the undeveloped historical monument on Bila Hora. The result is an almost rural character of the micro-locality, still in Prague 6 and near all city infrastructure.

It is a half of a semi-detached house originally from the interwar years, which has recently been completely renovated. The house includes an internal layout of 4+1 with basement spread over three floors above ground and one underground floor. On the 1st floor is an entrance from the garden, behind which is a living room with a south-facing French window facing the garden and a separate kitchen and dining room. On 2nd floor we find two bedrooms, each connected with own bathroom. The entire second floor is designed as a parental. There is a large bedroom of 40m2, a bathroom and a dressing room. The bedroom on this floor is positioned in relation to the corridor so that it can possibly be divided into two separate rooms with their own stupas from the corridor, while maintaining sufficient size comfort of all rooms. The basement of the house is used as a technical and storage facility of the building and there is an internal garage. A second parking space is outside parking space, covered by a pergola and located next to the garage entrance. The garden is solved as a green lawn only, but is fully planted with hedging around its perimeter with a height to prevent views from neighbouring gardens. Utilities have been laid at the edge of the terrace adjacent to the house for the future installation of a swimming pool.
